You need to setup a new option for connecting in via Remote Desktop directly.
With this option, you only need to use the Remote Desktop application.
You will need to make a one-time change on your home PC:
- In Remote Desktop Connection, click show options

- Click Advanced tab
- Click “Settings” for “Connect from anywhere”
- Select “Use these RD Gateway settings”
o Server name: gateway2.crouse.org
- Back at “General” page of RDP enter your work PC name appended with “.snet.crouse.org”
